Holiday Return Policy
New, unused merchandise with all original tags and the original receipt, purchased between Nov. 15 and Dec. 31, may be returned through Jan. 31 and credited for the price paid in the original form of payment.

I’ve held bags that have thick leather and others with a leather that’s soft to the touch. This Jessica Diane bag is the first with thick, luxurious leather that’s so soft you just can’t stop touching it. When I show it to others, their first comment is always how unbelievably nice the leather is. Then I open it up and show them the removable laptop slip—made of the same incredible leather—and the smiles show up every time! Even the zippers are different than any other bag I’ve seen. They are bigger and smoother. It’s sounds silly, I know, but the quality just oozes out of this beautiful bag. The oversized soft strap, the silky liner…it’s the nicest bag available at any price. I just returned from Italy and visited many exclusive leather shops. I found some beautiful bags, but none that outclassed my Jessica Diane. American quality at its finest.
