How do I shop
To shop, simply click on the navigation bar located at the top right hand corner of every page and select the relevant category you wish to shop, such as handbag or jewelry.
How do I place an order?

Once you have decided to purchase an item, click “Add to Cart.”  You will have the option to continue to shop or to checkout.  Once you have filled your shopping bag with all of your selections, click “Checkout” located in the bottom right hand corner of your shopping bag to be led through the checkout process.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What are the benefits of creating a Jessica Diane account?

Creating a Jessica Diane account allows you to save the contents of your shopping bag for later, to store multiple shipping and billing addresses in your account to expedite your checkout, and to easily view and access your order history.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to the “My Account” tab located in the top navigation menu. If you’re having problems deleting your account, please contact us directly and we will manually remove your account from our system.

What should I do if an item I want is unavailable?

We offer our clients the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and are on back-order. Seeking a custom order? Please email and we will do our best to accommodate. Note: Discounts do not apply to custom orders.

What is the waiting list?

When you order an item that is currently in production or that is sold out and is on back-order, you are placed on a waiting list to be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available.

Are these products under warranty?

We utilize high quality leather and fabrics with our handbag designs. In the unforeseen event of damages outside anyone’s control, please contact us directly by clicking here. For information regarding our product warranties visit our Terms and Conditions page.


Where do you ship to?

At this time, Jessica Diane, Ltd. ships merchandise to locations within the United States.

How long does it take for my items to ship?

We work diligently to process and ship your order in a timely fashion. As you well know, perfection takes time! All of our handbags are handcrafted, packaged and shipped from the United States. Depending on the availability of your product, in-stock orders may take up to 1-2 weeks.
